I wonder if expired domain names are dangerous. For example I buy domain. How do I know if it had expired or never been used before? What if it really expired and previous owned was banned...
I also asked AdSense team if it is ok to put adsense on "example.com" (explained to them domain previously expired), and got general answer like "ok to put on any domain with content which conforms with policies". I assume this answer can be treated as domain itself is "whitehat", but who knows.
