recently i purchased few excellent domain names (some have good contents, some are just domain names and never been host before... i believe the owner used these domains for adword). a reason i purchased them because i think i can marketing them with both adsense and affiliate. The owner have changed the registration for these domains to under my name. The owner has been violated google TOS and his adsense have been deactivated.

I have emailed google twice and asked them whether or not i can put my adsense on these domains. Twice they told me to read their Policies & Terms without giving me a YES/NO answer and I can't find it anywhere they talk about situation like this.

i want to put my adsense code on these domains but dont want my accoutn deactive by it.....

I have asked this question in different forums and want see what people say.
