That sounds cool "Club Arbitrage" gee what kind of a club would it be? Somewhere where we could spend the dollars we make very unwisely. Yeah I'd move there as long as we had our own central bank and army, oops I mean police force. We also need stocks in the town square where can put any fool that gets banned.
