Please tell us about how you managed to get good traffic?

Google is killing me, sometime it shows only homepage in site: command
and sometimes only 10-15 pages out of 65.

Some tips related to getting backlinks and good organic traffic .

I get around 20 visitors per day and around 80 page views from search engines.
On average one visitors views 4 pages.
Is my my site sticky enough?

Whats the minimum possible time so that i get 500 visitors per day.
