Threads like this make no sense.

Why would you possibly ever sell an Adsense driven site earning $100k / year?

Heres an idea:
- hire an intelligent university student majoring in computer science or engineering with a good web background and give them a slice of your monthly adsense check. Have the rest of the money transferred to your investment broker every month.

There are two outcomes to this plan:

1.) your Adsense earnings stay roughly the same/consistent and you become a millionaire in a few years off your brokers 8% annual returns.

2.) your Adsense earnings tank, or by some fluke you get banned, and sadly you fire your hardworking student webmaster.

Am i missing something here? as this seems a rather logical option in this case :)
