i read that some dating sites make over 10,000$ per day on adsense so the potential is there for someone who can generate 30-60x more traffic I believe

The problem with many sellers is that they don't appreciate that there's a difference between historical, proven earnings and pie-in-the-sky "potential".

What does some other site earning $10K per day have to do with you? Trying to ride their wave of success does you no favours and makes you look desperate. My advice is to stick to what you can prove rather than coming across as a con artist.

I have a search engine I started today. Considering the value of Google how many billion will you give me for my search engine which can obviously be made as successful as GOOG?
