Minor edits that ad colors must be such that all ad elements are visible (such as text and URL). does this include borders i wonder

I thought the same when I read that but I spent a fair bit of time reading over the terms on the AS site and it appears (to me) that you can still customise the border colour to your suiting. I think the emphasis is on the URL, text and heading to be visible at all times.
