That may vary from government to government, but in the U.S., the federal government's documents are in the public domain. However, a third party's formatting, indexing, etc. of a governtmend document may be protected by copyright. Don't you guys think that this would be a problem..because goverment can also sue you for using their content/ articles..AM i right? or this is taken as acceptable practice...
