Part of the problem that I can identify is they are having issues determining what type of traffic is foreign - i.e. something wrong with their IP schema for foreign vs domestic traffic. David
The CTR on one campaign went from 77% over the past 3 months to 12-15% on Sat/Sun. I can assure you Google is having problems with AdSense network wide.
