martinibuster: The OP is talking about people whose application was rejected not banned, has nothing to do with being smart, only non compliance to what Google is looking for in a site.
Plus even as registrar Google cannot have access to domain information that the owners choose to block.

But I generally agree that if your policy is to 'hit and run' then you are not going to last very long in this business. Underestimating Google's seriousness about keeping its business clean is a fatal mistake.
