ONe of my staff runs his own adsense site, he gets 24% ctr on majority of pages, but a lowly 14% on his forum.

I would like to run some reports on those logs; I bet it doesn't come out to 24% the way most people measure CTR.

1% is crap

24% is either wildly atypical or total BS.
