I not sure but I remember some thread from last month about UK publishers noticing an error in the exchange rate also, but in their favor. No one reported receiving the payment in the end. I too have the exchange rate reversed but no funds have reached my account yet. I'm guessing what they put on your payment page may not always correspond to your actual payment?
