If eyeballs are leaving web pages that fast (10-45 seconds), it'd be nice if every Adwords advertiser got to the point really fast on their landing pages. They'd probably sell more, which would make our Adsense publisher conversion rates improve, which would make everyone in the loop a lot happier!
