Yes. I used my Adsense income to pay the mortgage payments on a house, and then, a year or so later, I sold it for enough to pay off all my debts.

That ruled. :-)

Couldn't have done it if I hadn't had my "day job," though. Adsense was "extra" income for me, and the mortgage payments on this house were pretty low.
