I'm a little familiar with openx and basically I'm guessing at this point to be successful in what I'm trying to accomplish, will require a bit of php coding.

I'm trying to have the ads served based on specific categories relevancy.

I'm also trying to figure a way to have the ads served based within the category while it is on the specific individual category page itself.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
