Why not let the users pay for the last mile by opening up their own access points and giving them money every time someone uses their AP to make a paid call over google VOIP? This would be possbile if Google and a handful of WiFi manufacturers control the handsets and the WiFI software. Google does the billing :)
>>So this is what all the Dark Fibre was about. It all comes together. Google cover the whole of the US with wireless access points.
