I am no programmer and I know how to keep someone from accessing a page/directory, etc. It's basic..BASIC stuff. There is simply no excuse for their security protocols to allow any unknown entity access to that info and as another poster mentioned, why on earth would one persons username/password give access to the entire list? Simply inexcusable.
This is what the schools, businesses, etc. PAY their IT people for. They are supposed to have some clue as to how to protect their data.
