@anallawalla actualy captureing everything and processing it later is the most eficent way. And is much less risky in terms of losing data.

However Google messed up by not post processing the data and dumping the scraps of personel information in a resonable time frame.

Also having the main engineer (author of netstumbler) as some one with previous in this area was a bit stupid.
