I am getting emails offering me a free site web site in "just a few clicks" I have seen this before but what is new is the Google logo accompaning this and the statement that they are partenars with google..!

I checked and yes the NS are google and administrative contact etc is some place called mountain view ..
ever heard of that ;-)

a few days later I received a google offer voucher for addwords for 75€
and yes there was this offer of a free web site.

so what is the deal ? you get a free CMS and you use addwords to do your business.
