Me too, signed off, toolbar disabled, cookies deleted, flash cookies deleted, ip address refreshed, browser restarted (ie8), .... still happening.

This one will prove a huge money spinner for them once fully implemented world wide. I have no doubt it already does....all comes from our pockets and traffic. Yet another BIG nail in the coffin of millions of web businesses...
