I know Google did bad, but others are working on the same thing so while Paypal is busy suing Google others are out taking their business away.

Pretty sure PayPal isn't halting innovation because they decided to sue someone. They have more than three people working there.

Google is their biggest competitor for the future. They would be stupid not to sue Google when it's blatantly obvious business secrets were shared. What I don't understand is why PayPal didn't have a clause that you weren't allowed to work in a similar field X years after you leave the company on your own terms. Many companies do this.
