The only way this will work is if Google breaks from their model of having no way to contact a real person for support when you are in need of a fix.
A great part of Groupon's success comes from the fact that you can pick up the phone and a human will answer your call and resolve your issues.
I have never heard of a Google run service that offers this level of customer service. Without it, IMO, they will fail
