You realize this 'no credit cards' nonsense is a meme being spread by supporters of Wikileaks on twitter, right?

Apparently, evil banks have conspired with youtube to censor the term 'no credit cards'.

Example:

@wikileaks banks censoring text on youtube comments, no error if u say "credit card" but you will always get an error saying" no credit card 6:24 PM Dec 23rd via web in reply to wikileaks

Wikileaks supporters are apparently trying to punish banks by having the public abandon credit cards or some such thing. The banks apparently discovered the plot and teamed up with youtube to ban the phrase.

Two words: Delusional Paranoia.
