The ICO have previous form like this. They dropped my issue with BT / Phorm because the "IP address was paid for by a business" and other such nonsense technicalities.

They will say and do anything not to take action against clear breaches of privacy.

Total waste of time, a useless QUANGO stuffed with the tea and muffin brigade which should be the first in the line for government cut backs.
