This is kind of scary because if there were insiders working for the Chinese Gov't I wonder how the US Gov't will react.

China holds an awful lot of our debt. Some have observed that China could do some serious damage to our economy without causing much damage to its own. I doubt the US Gov't will do much beyond noisemaking.
