When I read the last time, they were offering class B stocks .. which means they have devided the stocks in two categories, class A & B.. Class A has 10 voting rights per share and class B has 1 voting right per share.
So, in 130 bucks, the share that "Joe Public" will get will have 1/10 th voting right.
