Google has made a big fuss that they don't like scraper sites. Google News is a big scraper site. Real time, useful, but still a scraper site. They got busted by a higher power. Or am I missing something?

I'm more curious about the non-Google implications. What does this means for all the other aggregator services out there? What's the new fair use rules for blogs in Belgium? And the rest of the EU (since Brussels is Capital of Europe)?
