If you know about psychological type, Google is basically advertising for INTPs to come work for them. If you are an S you are going to have a significantly more difficult time solving a logic puzzle on the fly. Obviously solving logic puzzles is not the sole indicator of intelligence, as there are many different intelligences, but it is the type Google wants. You can see this in their recruitment methods (billboard puzzle anyone?) as well as the international puzzle contest which they sponsor anually.
