I use Skype, Freetalk, Google Talk and I will try out Gizmo. Each of them offer something that the other ones don't have. The file transfer feature is not nothing new. The other IM's have it already. Skype's is damn slow though. It's definitely not going to be a new Kazaa because you can only do it with your contacts and there's no search feature. I can achieve the same result by email.
