If click fraud escalates to the point that google can never have control of it and everybody is losing money then advertisers will not hesitate to pull out of the program. With 95% of their money coming from thier advertising model, this would spell the end of google. They can choose to innovate now or fall by the way side. Their problem is our problem is their problem. They must fix it for their own sake.
With all the Phd's i am sure they can. And hopefully this suit will force them to do so.
