if Google can't protect people or thinks it's he fault of the advertiser, then they should say so. If they want a "buyer beware" thing, then a warning is needed:
"Advertise with us but we can't guranteee that you will not get ripped off". If they post that, than I agree it's your fault for taking a chance, but Google can't have it both ways. I doubt we'll see a warning like that coming.

why doesn't Google err on the safe side on adsense? Many innocent sites have fallen for months because of Google's algo, why not do that for Adsense? They don't give a hoot about your money, but they care about theirs is the answer.
