American motorcycles, HOG ( yes I know it is Harley Owners Group..but it may not be trademarked ? and everyone knows what it means if they ride bikes :)..VTwin

The technique of getting a particular groups attention without doing it openly is known as "the silent dog whistle"..usually a political technique..but can be a way around trademark issues if one isn't an official dealer, garage etc....

legal advice it isn't..you can't get that here....not from fora, you'd need a lawyer..

but the above might give you some ideas of what might or might not be trademarked..

I'm pretty sure that "rollin' thunder" or "rolling thunder" is trademarked..
