I like working with them. It's refreshing to know your dealing with real people and not the evil hiding behind an algo.

They can be a little slow in approving new sites.

They also only take US traffic if I remember correctly, but they have a nice alternate ad script and you can paste your adsense there.

Some niches they are terrible with, others they do ok.
