1. Pull info from a created adwords report but use what you need and do it in the format of the rest of your report

2. If they pay Google they can have the account handed over to them at any time and you lose control - so if you have a great bond ot is ok - but they could have you do all the up front work and block you out - so have them prepay the budget and you drop it in to Google and you keep the account and if they fecide not to pay you control the account

3. Percentage is good if the number is high - but you need to get a minimum - you could charge a set up fee and then a monthly maintenance
