I'm not sure what you are saying and I don't really want to read your post several times to figure it out. Here are the rules.

1. Your display URL and destination URL have to be on the same root domain.
2. Your destination URL can not be a redirect of any kind and you can't have pop ups.
3. It is ok to have a campaign with a destination domain that has a link to a new domain
4. It is a good practice to create special domains for your campaigns if you are not trying to build a brand name. The landing pages can link to your other domain.
