How much is this site worth.... 1) UK Niche industry Nice business but could be toast tomorrow.... what's it worth? Anybody know any comparable sites that have sold recently?

3) 15,000 uniques per day average
4) Traffic nearly all from Google organic listings.
5) No bought traffic or advertising ( ppc margins too tight)
6) Turnover around £1 million per annum
7) No staff, 2 directors who run it, minimal expenses ( hosting and general admin).
