Yes, its a real person clicking but the question is how poor the sources are?

Well from what I saw traffic came from Coolwebsearch.com which is known for spyware/scumware etc. I also saw traffic that comes from comment spam and forum spam. I found out their partners affiliates from Umax, peakclick and many others do this. Also a some paid to read traffic on this network.
Just because they deny it all. It doesn't mean we should trust their word on it.

This type of traffic will never convert as well as traffic from google, yahoo etc.
