Has anybody had experience with UK ppc sites that send monthly invoices with little or no click infomation?

The main issue seems to be duplicate clicks from the same ip that are not excluded from the billing and also suspected crawler clicks.

There are two arguments I guess:-

1. Live with it and pay an extra 30% per valid click
2. Stand your ground and argue the toss.

Has anybody successfully argued their case and received credits for blatant duplicate clicks? Does anybody think there is a point in law to argue that a 5 second duplicate click timeout is ridiculous?
