In general, the only 2nd tier Search engines are all a "distance" second. As the saying go, it's either tier one or tier none. The only exception is Internet Yellow Pages. In fact the quality of traffic from them are even higher than the tier one SE because people searching on those sites like yellowbook.com are really looking to buy something. It's like nobody picks up a yellowpage book just to look around to see what's inside. Usually, a tree just fell on their roof and they need to find a roofer and a tree removal guy fast. Of course yellowpages is not suitable for all businesses either. It's unlikely that some body will look for a book or CD in the yellowpages.
