I complained to them regarding a few partners and in some cases they said I would not receive clicks from them anymore. What is strange is that they gave no indication that other advertisers would also not receive clicks from these obviously fraudulent partners.

If they would just simply terminate them for ALL advertisers (not just the ones who complained), it would do wonders for their credibility and long-term viability.
