Coincidentally, I've lost my patience with them this week. Actually, today. There's too much fraud in my account, I'm done with them. My approach over the years was to simply delete the offending keyword(s), the ones that their partners have chosen to hammer, and it fixes the problem for little while. That doesn't seem to work anymore. It's like killing a roach and having five come to its funeral.
