No I mean CPC or PBA software, the same as Espotting and Overture use or had built for their advertising clients. As i said I kind of expected there to be nothing on the market which would mean it would have to be built in-house. If this is the case then any comments on the relative strengths and weaknesses of Overture, Espotting, FindWhat technology etc in terms of user experience would be helpful.

I do not know what PBM is. Performance Based Measurement? I am not interested in tools such as Bidbuddy etc.
