Still no response from Looksmart customer service.

And I'm starting to notice the decrease in traffic (and sales) from not having my Looksmart listing active.

I use Overture and AdWords already, and for the per click cost, Looksmart was a better deal for the particular keyword I was using. I used to be at the top of the SERPS on MSN for my keyword, now I'm buried at #53, with the results coming from my Inktomi paid listing.

Of interest, I notice now that the #1 search result on MSN for my keyword is a Chinese company who was *never* in the results until just a few days ago. And all fraudulent clicks I was getting were from China. Hmmmmm... I smell a connection...

The only way to reactivate my account is to increase my monthly budget YET AGAIN -- had to do it twice already over the last 3 months. And I'm not going to do it until I'm sure I'll get quality clicks. But the dip in traffic is starting to hurt!
