I am using IE6 on Windows XP, and also see the What's New link at the top right. The whole right hand side menu is overlapping the text so it can't be read (Jakob Nielsen's name under the quote appears "— Jakob Niels". Using Opera 7, the page is just a complete mess of overlapping text.
