See, it works in IE6, and in Opera (and any other browser that supports fixed properly) .. But it doesn't work in IE5.5 at all :(
The menu bar scrolls with the rest of the page ..

Did I miss something? Is it impossible to emulate frames in pre-IE6?

This is tested in the following: 1. Windows : IE 5, IE 6, Opera 6+, Mozilla 1+ which means it should work with NS 7+ 2. Mac : IE 5.5 Works correctly with all these browsers
