Give us a hint. How should it work, and how does it work? At least 95% of the code is purely concerned with how it looks. First get it working right; then you can put its pretty clothes on.
That's setting aside the absolutely jaw-dropping number of cutting-edge vendor-specific style specifications, providing lots of chances for a browser to not do exactly what you want it to do.
