I'd love to suggest that her computer is washed-up, but if it supports MSIE 9 there should be some life in it yet. Maybe it's time to make some casual remark that will terrify her into running straight for the nearest Computer Geek to perform some expensive and time-consuming virus scans and firmware upgrades. Along the way, he will accidentally fix whatever the div-width problem was.
