Thanks to everyone for help and input. I am working on rewriting content and checking my code and CSS. I would still like help on the following:

Is there a way to make the footer always be at the bottom of the page (in all compatible browsers) but in a higher position so one does not have to use the scroll bar to view it.

One other question. Should I be writing code in HTML or XHTML?
