@lucy24, not sure I follow - if you get the CSS specificity right you should only ever have to say it one place

even if you've already said in three other places that you want transparent borders

if that's the case, then that's very possibly two times too many! - perhaps you just asked for the transparent borders in the wrong place the first 2 times?

CSS really is that simple.
