My math worked out differently. Assuming $100,000 spend (and rounding Google revenue to an even 11 bil):

(100 000 / 11 000 000 000) * 60 000 000 = 545.45

So, advertisers get $545 for every $100,000 they spent (also known as 0.5%) and the lawyers get $30 million for the $0 they spent.
